They’re sending me a new skull and the remaining ribs, and not making me send back the broken eel skull.
They were so kind on the phone, and although it’s frustrating that this happens in the first place, they are extremely helpful and professional in fixing the situation.
I’m not sure what I’m going to do with the broken skull, whether I’m going to fix it and sell it for cheaper than I bought it, or give it as a gift or part of a giveaway, I’m not sure yet.

I ordered a pack of 5 human ribs, they send me only two.
And then I open the box for my eel skull, BROKEN.
